July 4, 2007. We spent a comfortable night on the street near George Washington University. Waking, our first order of business was finding a store to buy some more film (DVC). We are running through film quickly. A CVS filled the order.
Blogger Fiesta
I called Jennifer Klaussen, an Arlington blogger I met on MyBlogLog. Her blog is Northern Virginia Real Estate. She, in turn, called Scott Montgomery. Scott has several blogs and also blogs on Active Rain. Both are Realtors with Keller Williams.
We met for lunch in Arlington at Mexicali Blues. Jennifer’s husband Daniel joined us. Both Jennifer and Scott are relatively new to blogging but Scott has already made page one of Google for “Keller Williams Arlington” and “Keller Williams Reston”. He plans to corner some other Virginia markets. Both love blogging and shared their experiences with us. We shared some tips with them as we all enjoyed tacos and burritos which were fantastic.

What a terrific afternoon!!!! Rudy and Joe are charismatic guys with a great business/marketing plan. Hopefully they haven’t seen the last of their “Keller Williams Arlington Virginia Realtors” Scott Montgomery and Jennifer Klaussen of KLAUSSEN REAL ESTATE (a ‘Keller Williams Arlington’company). We certainly believe in this whole blogging process paving the way to future real estate success stories as more and more folks are turning on the internet to start the process. Joe and Rudy are making it easy!!!! Thanks for your time on the 4th- I’m looking forward to our next visit, NYC here I come!
